SERVICE CENTERS

At our authorized service centers, we have certified specialists with the most recent equipment and dedicated tools that enable them to perform maintenance operations as well as any repairs necessary. It is recommended that your KARCH timepiece be serviced every 3-5 years to ensure optimal performance.

Your timepiece should only be serviced by an authorized KARCH Service Center. In the event that your watch has service performed by a non-authorized watch technician in any location other than those listed below, the warranty will not be honored.
